A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5930 PERTAINING TO
THE COMPENSATION FOR MANAGEMENT AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael that Section 1C of Resolution 5930 be amended to read as
follows:
Effective December 15, 1981
Minimum Maximum
DELETE Police Chief $2,806 $3,326
ADD Police Chief $2,806 $3,444
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday, the seventh day of December, 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBER: Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBER: None
