RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN THE CECCOTTI TRACT SUB-
DIVISION, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon request of City staff therefore, and due cause being
shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the
construction of the improvement work provided for in that certain
Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and LEE R. CECCOTTI, EVA
J. CECCOTTI and SHAMROCK MATERIALS, INC., as Subdivider, shall be
completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the lst
day of September, 1982.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 8th day of September, 1981, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
