RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC PARKING
FACILITY ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTH-
WEST CORNER OF THIRD AND C STREETS TO BE
ESTABLISHED AS A FEE LOT
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has developed a public parking
facility on the property located on the southwest corner of Third
Street and C Street (Marin County Assessors Parcel Numbers 11-254-02,
11-254-03 and 11-254-04); and
WHEREAS, this public parking facility is established as a
fee lot, operated daily except Sundays and Holidays as listed in
Municipal Code Section 5.04.020:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fee established for
this lot is fifty (50) U.S. cents for one -day parking. Said day
shall begin at 12:01 a.m. and end at 12 midnight.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of San Rafael held on the 2nd day of November, 1981, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
