RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE
J. HAROLD DOLLAR, JR., MEMORIAL TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, the J. Harold Dollar, Jr., Memorial Trust Fund
was established to assist in the restoration, rehabilitation and
furnishings of the Falkirk Community Cultural Center; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Cultural Affairs Commission have
recommended the need to refinish floors and add carpets to the first
floor of Falkirk Community Cultural Center; and

WHEREAS, cost of necessary work is not to exceed six thousand
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael approve funds not to exceed $6,000 from the
J. Harold Dollar, Jr., Memorial Trust fund for the purpose of refinish-
ing floors and the purchasing of carpeting for the first floor at
Falkirk Community Cultural Center.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on Monday the 7th day of December, 1981, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Frugoli, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
