RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
CERTIFYING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE PROPOSED
AMENDMENT (Z81-26) OF TITLE 14, ZONING, OF THE SAN RAFAEL
MUNICIPAL CODE BY REVISING SECTION 14.75.090 RELATING TO
DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL LOTS
WHEREAS, on the basis of an initial study, the pro-
posed amendment has been found to have no significant effect on
the environment, and a Negative Declaration has been prepared;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended certi-
fication of the Negative Declaration after conducting a public
hearing on November 24, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the City Council
hereby certifies the Negative Declaration for the proposed
amendment (Z81-26) to Title 14, Zoning, of the San Rafael
Municipal Code adding Section 14.75.090 "Small Lots and Structures
Erected on Such Lots Not Considered Nonconforming".
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday , the2lst day of December , 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:
