RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF ADDI-
TIONAL STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY, EAST FRANCISCO
BOULEVARD, SAN RAFAEL. CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and
welfare require that the additional right-of-way hereinafter men-
tioned be accepted and used for the benefit of the public of the
City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, California, does hereby accept that certain
grant deed from JOHN ROSSI, JR., dated December 4, 1979, for and on
behalf of the City of San Rafael and the property described there-
in, all as more particularly described and set forth in the attach-
ment hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Clerk of
said City is hereby directed to cause said deed to be duly recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State
of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 7th day of January, 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Medway Road distant North 35° 18'
East 19.70 feet from the Southwesterly corner of Lot 1, of Block 10, as shown
upon that certain map entitled, "Map of East San Rafael, Marin Co., Cal., 1907",
filed for record January 21, 1908 in Volume 2 of maps at page 109, Marin County
Records; running thence from said point of beginning along the easterly line of
Medway Road North 35° 18' East 30.02 feet V a cusp, running thence on a curve
to the left tangent tg the course South 35 18' West with a radius of 25 feet through
a centra b angle of 90 02' 39" for an arc length of 39.29 feet, running thence
South 54 44' 39" East 64.98 feet to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 1, running
thence along said Southwesterly line of Lot 1 South 35° 18' WSst 5.00 feet, thence
leaving said Southwesterly line of Lot 1 and running North 54 44' 39" West 90.00
feet to the point of beginning.
CONTAINING 584 square feet more or less.
