333 G Street
"Bradford Manor"
1883
An excellent example of a large Stick -Eastlake style house,
originally built for William Bushnell Bradford and owned by his
descendants until the house was divided into apartments after World
War II.
The house has an irregular roofline with shed dormers, jerkinhead
and gabled bays, overhanging eaves, and stickwork eave and gable
brackets. There are bracketed window canopies and a stick work
articulation of the facade which is characteristic of the Stick
Style. The wraparound porch has a fine gabled entrance canopy.
