A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL CHANGING TWO-HOUR
PARKING METER TIME LIMITS TO TEN-HOUR
PARKING METER TIME LIMITS
WHEREAS, Section 5.60.020 of the San Rafael Municipal Code
provides that parking meter time limits be set for the efficient con-
trol and regulation of parking in San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Engineer that
certain two-hour time limit meters should be changed to ten-hour time
limit meters to improve efficiency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that ten two-hour time limit
parking meters on the City parking lot at 1412 Second Street, 1979 Marin
County Assessor's Parcel No. 11-252-10, be changed to ten-hour time
limit parking meters;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become
effective on February 7, 1980.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City held on the 21st day of January, 1980, by the following
vote, to wit:
