A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION 5778 PER-
TAINING TO THE COMPENSATION FOR CONFIDENTIAL
EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of San Rafael
that the following amendment is made to the past salary resolution
named above:
Confidential - Beginning July 1, 1980

This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its adoption
and the compensations herein provided shall be in full force and effect
as of and from the dates prescribed above.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the fourth day of February , 1980, by the following vote,
