A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT. LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City of San Rafael a contract, lease or agreement with
Gail Van Dyke - Sculpture for Kids;Susan Barenboim - The Great Art Adventure;
Thea Evensen - Calligraphy for Adults; Sally Bloomberg - Colors of the Day:
Landscape Painting; Michael Knowlton - Landscape Painting in Pastels/Acrylic;
Beverly Mayeri - Mask Making; Susan La Croix - Display Design for Shopkeepers;
Ken Knutson - The Joy's of Painting; Margaret Barkley & Rebecca Bulwa - Sewing
as an Art Form; Richard Sebastian - The Elements of Design; Dorathy Eastman -
Control of Color & Oil/Acrylic Workshop; Bruce Koren - Graphic Design and
Paste-up Techniques; Lori Kearney - Yoga and the Creative Process; Cele Hanzel -
Photo Silkscreen Workshop; Cele Hanzel - Your Basic Airbrush Worksh
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part thereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on
