A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City of San Rafael a contract, lease or agreement with
Vickie Brennan - Multi -Media for Kids; Doug Neecke - Photography for kids;
Donna Lazarus - Drawina with Pencil. Pen and Ink: Karen Fishman - Discoverin
Art in Nature: Kris Karlsson - Draw with "The Drawina Lady": Roberta Wentzel -
Painting: The Wonders of Watercolor; Sally Bloomberg - Creating for Fun; Clara
Greisman - Architecture for Kids; Joan De Bruyn - Phantasy Worlds of Papier
Mache; Joni Duggins - Do -It -Yourself Kites, Mobiles & Games; Joni Duggins -
Easter Vacation Workshop; Jessica Green - Calligraphy for Kids (Beg. & Cont.)
David Ralston - Easter Vacation Workshop; David Ralston - Creating a Super Hero
& Art with Sun, Wind and Water; Jane Dohmen - Film Making for Kids
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part thereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on
Tuesday the 19th day of February , 19 80 by the
following vote, to wit:
