CITY OF SAKI RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
TO
ELY CAILLOUETTE. JR.
WHEREAS, On the tenth day of May, 1980, ELY CAILLOUETTE, JR. retires after
having rendered fifteen years of able and dedicated service to the
City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, During his long career, retiring as the City's Director of Public
Works, ELY CAILLOUETTE, JR.`S experience and knowledge of San Rafael's
problems have proven to be a great asset to the city; and
WHEREAS, ELY CAILLOUETTE, JR. provided support and leadership in many projects
that helped to improve San Rafael, such as the City's General Plan,
the widening of Miracle Mile and South San Pedro Road, improving the
traffic flow on Second and Third Streets, the maintaining and
improvement of the City's storm drainage system and many others; and
WHEREAS, ELY CAILLOUETTE, JR, served his community with untold energy, drive
and dedication, and should be proud of the accomplishments he has made;
1J01,1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council commend ELY
CAILLOUETTE, JR. for his long years of diving of himself to his
minunity.
