RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COM-
PLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN THE WEISSENSEE/
MIDDAGH LAND DIVISION, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the developer therefore, and due
cause being shown this City Council,
IT IS'HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the con-
struction of the improvement work in the Weissensee/Middagh Land
Division (S78-5) as provided for in that certain Agreement between
the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and CONRAD WEISSENSEE and ROBERT A. MIDDAGH,
as developer, shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to
and including the 30th day of June, 1980.
I., JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San. Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council. of said City held on the 7th day of April, 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:
