A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT. LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of the
City of San Rafael, an agreement that on April 9, 1980 a trust account be
developed and named the Friends of Recreation Trust Account.
This fund would be an interest bearing account in trust with the City
of San Rafael, as trustee, for the benefit of the citizens of San Rafael, with
the sole intention to assist in development, maintenance and rental expenses
that occur in the use of City of San Rafael, San Rafael School District and
Dixie School District recreation facilities.
All expenditures shall be recommended by the Friends of Recreation
Committee, then to the City Council for approval. Friends of Recreation
Committee is comprised of a representative from each organization that con-
tributes to the fund.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on Monday the
19 80 by the following vote, to wit:
