RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
ACCEPTING GRANT OF PEDESTRIAN EASEMENT
FOURTH STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT,
SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience and welfare require
that the easement hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for
the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California, that that certain grant of
pedestrian easement across a portion of Assessor's Parcel No.
11-212-14, executed by SUZANNE A. IRWIN and GLEN L. EVERS to the
City of San Rafael, dated May 2 1980, be, and the
same is hereby, accepted and the Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California,
forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 5th day of May, 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:

Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of Parcel "One" as
described in that deed from Irwin and Lang to Irwin and Evers
as recorded September 22, 1978 by the Recorder, Marin County in
Book 3437 of Records on page 1; thence S830151E, 55.611+ to the
southwesterly corner of said loth thence N60451E, 4.72' to the
face of the building; thence N82 57'42"W+, 55.61'+, along tge
frontage of said building to its westerly corner; thence S6 451W,
5.001+ returning to the point of beginning.
