RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN SAN PEDRO COVE UNIT ONE,
SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the Subdivider therefore, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the construc-
tion of the improvement work in San Pedro Cove Unit One as provided
for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and
CHARLES E. PAGANINI, TRUSTEE AND FRANK L. PAGANINI, TRUSTEE, as Sub-
divider, shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and
including the 1st day of September, 1980.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 19th day of May, 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:
