RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
Francisco Boulevard East Assessment District
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
A map entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Francisco Boulevard
East Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California,"
has been filed with the City Clerk.
This Council approves the map and adopts the boundaries
shown on the map as describing the extent of the territory included
in a proposed assessment district to be known as Francisco Boulevard
East Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California.
This Council finds that the map is in the form and contains
the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California Streets and
Highways Code.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 19th
day of May, 1980.
