RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COM-
PLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN THE SEASTRAND
SUBDIVISION, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the Subdivider therefore, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the con-
struction of the improvement work in the Seastrand Subdivision as
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL and Subdivider, shall be completed, be and it is hereby
again extended to an including the 30th day of August, 1980.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 2nd day of June, 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, bliskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
