RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING DONATION
FOR MEMORIAL TREE PLANTING AT PICKLEWEED PARK
WHEREAS, Vahe Tertzakian has offered to donate to the City
of San Rafael the sum of $1,000.00 (One Thousand and no/100 Dollars)
to be used for planting of a grove of trees at Pickleweed Park,
and installation of a plaque designating the area as "Rose
Tertzakian Grove" in memory of his late wife;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California, that the donation be
accepted with thanks and the funds used as specified by
Mr. Tertzakian.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting
of the Council of said City held on the second day of June, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
