RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF BOUNDARY
MAP WITH COUNTY RECORDER
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
This Council directs the City Clerk to file a copy of the map
entitled "Proposed Boundaries of Francisco Boulevard East Assessment
District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California" with the
County Recorder of Marin County, for placement in the Book of Maps
of Assessment Districts. The map was adopted by the City Council
on May 19, 1980.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
2nd day of June, 1980.
