RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COM-
PLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN THE WEISSENSEE/
MIDDAGH LAND DIVISION, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the developer therefore, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the con-
struction of the improvement work in the Weissensee/Middagh Land
Division (S78-5) as provided for in that certain Agreement between
the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and CONRAD WEISSENSEE and ROBERT A MIDDAGH, as
developer, shall be completed, be and it is hereby again extended to
and including the3lst day of December, 1980; this extension shall not
become effective unless and until said developer files with the City
Clerk the written consent of the Surety Company upon said Developer's
Faithful Performance Bond to said continuance and waiver of statute
of limitations for the period of said extension.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 16th day of June, 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
