A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESERVING UNAPPROPRIATED
FUND BALANCES AS OF JUNE 30, 1980
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael will have unappropriated
balances in our operating funds as of June 30, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the City will require the use of these funds in the
future; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to reserve these funds for
future use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of San Rafael
that the Finance Director is authorized to reserve the year end unap-
propriated balances in the following funds: General Fund, Recreation
Revolving Fund, and Gas Tax Fund.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday the 16th day of
