A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5740 PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION FOR
CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael as follows:
Section 1. Salaries. Effective July 1, 1980, the following
position classes and salary ranges are hereby created for Confidential
Employees:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its
adoption and the several compensations and allowances herein provided
shall be in full force and effect as of and from the dates prescribed
above .
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday ,
the seventh day of July , 1980, by the following vote, to -wit:
