Section 2. This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its
adoption and the several compensations and allowances herein provided
shall be in full force and effect as of and from July 1, 1980- through
June 30, 1981.

certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday ,
