RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL DELETING
A.P. 165-010-66 FROM AGREEMENT TO
PURCHASE TAX -DEEDED PROPERTY
The City of San Rafael, hereinafter referred to as City,
does hereby declare, find and determine that:
1. WHEREAS, the City having been notified by the Treasurer -
Tax Collector of the County of Marin of the proposed sale of certain
tax -deeded properties within the City; and
2. WHEREAS, the City agreed to purchase these properties
pursuant to Section 3371 et seq of the California Revenue and
Taxation Code by entering into an Agreement of Sale with the County
of Marin; and
3. WHEREAS, on March 23, 1980, by Resolution 5881, the City
Council of the City of San Rafael authorized the Mayor to sign an
Agreement to Purchase Tax -Deeded Property as reference by Exhibit "A"
attached thereto and forming a part thereof; and
4. WHEREAS, A.P. 165-010-66 was inadvertently added to the
list and should not have been included.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City takes the following
ACTION:
RESOLVED, the Mayor of the City of San Rafael is hereby
authorized to sign an amendment deleting A.P. 165-010-66 from the
list in Exhibit "A", from the aforementioned Agreement.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 2 -1st day of July 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
