LIONS INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 4C7
WHEREAS, Lions International is recognized throughout the world for
the fine public services performed in the local communities and
has chosen for its theme this year "Touch a Life with Hope"; and
WHEREAS, a new District 4C7 has been formed encompassing 49 clubs
and 2,000 individuals in the North (lay counties; and
WHEREAS, the new District 4C7 is holding its First Annual Cabinet
Meeting and has selected San Rafael as the site for this
meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the San Rafael City Council
expresses its appreciation for the honor of having San Rafael
selected as the site for the First Annual Cabinet Meeting of
Lions International District 4C7, and for the outstanding public
services performed by Lions International, and expresses its
wishes for success of the newly formed District 4C7 in all their
efforts to "Touch a life with hope".
