RESOLUTION NO. 5951
A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A POLICE OPEN
SPACE VEHICLE UTILIZING EQUIPMENT
REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff to solicit
bids for a Police open space vehicle; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for this
item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that the
following actions be taken:
1. S & C Motors of San Francisco be designated as low bidder for a
1981 Ford F-350 Pickup in the amount of $10,849.10.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday , the 18th
day of August , 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Miskimen, Nixon & Acting Mayor Jensen
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Mayor Mulryan
