RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
FUNDS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
PARKING & BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael has
established a Parking and Business Improvement District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Parking and Business
Improvement District have submitted a budget to the City Council
as provided in the Bylaws;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Finance Director
of the City of San Rafael is authorized to transfer to the Board
of Directors of the Parking and Business Improvement District all
monies collected on behalf of the Parking and Business Improvement
District.
I. JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on Monday, the eighteenth day of August, 1980, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Miskimen and Acting Mayor Jensen
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEIVIBERS: Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
