A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
A ROTARY TURF MOWER AND TRAILER
UTILIZING BUDGETED FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City
Staff to solicit bids for a rotary turf mower and trailer; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were
solicited for each item; and
Staff;
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
That Western Lawn Company of Burlingame, California
be designated as low bidder for a rotary turf mower and trailer in
the amount of $10,210.70.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an additional $3,210.00.
be appropriated to cover the cost of the rotary turf mower.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday , the second day of September 1980, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Nixon
