17FIEREAS, on the 30th of September, 1980, La Von Eller retires
after rendering fourteen ,years of dedicated service to
the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, during his career as Deputy Finance Director he
distinguished himself as a competent accountant and
loyal employee; and
WHEREAS, LaVon has diligently protected the City's interests
by monitoring the various department budgets and has
guided the Finance Department into the computer age;
NnW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council wishes
La Von Eller good luck in his retirement and extends
to him sincere appreciation for a Job well done.
