A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
A TRAILER MOUNTED ENGINE DRIVEN
CHIPPER UTILIZING EQUIPMENT
REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff
to solicit bids for an engine driven chipper; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited
for each item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that the following action be taken:
That H.V. Carter Co. Inc. of Oakland, California be
designated as low bidder for an engine driven chipper in they
amount of $12,163.50.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday _, the 1,9th day of September-, 1980, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
