RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENT WORK IN PIOMBO INDUSTRIAL
SUBDIVISION, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
Upon application of the Subdivider therefore, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the construc-
tion of the improvement work in the Piombo Industrial Subdivision as
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and PIOMBO BROTHERS, as Subdivider, shall be completed, be and it is
hereby extended to and including the lst day of April, 1981.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 6th day of October, 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
