A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY
COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
TWO POLICE MOTORCYCLES UTILIZING
EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized City Staff to
solicit bids for two police motorcycles and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for
each item; and
WHEREAS, these bids have been received by the City Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council that
the following action be taken:
1. Healdsburg Cycle of Healdsburg, California be designated as
low bidder for two police motorcycles in the amount of $8,562.68.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
Monday , the sixth
vote, to wit:
