A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ESTABLISHING PARKING
METER ZONES, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, The San Rafael City Council on September 15, 1980,
approved amending Section 5.60.010 of the San Rafael Municipal Code
to establish parking meter zones by resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has recently constructed two
additional off-street parking lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San Rafael that the schedule shown below establishes parking meter
zones in the City of San Rafael:
PARKING METER ZONE SCHEDULE
(a) The following portions of City streets listed below are established
as parking meter zones:
MISSION AVENUE, from "B" Street to Hetherton Street.
FIFTH AVENUE, from "H" Street to Irwin Street.
JULIA STREET, from "B" Street to "A" Street.
FOURTH STREET, from Second Street to Irwin Street.
THIRD STREET, from Hayes Street to "E" Street.
RITTER STREET, from Third Street to Lincoln Avenue.
HETHERTON STREET, from Second Street to Mission Avenue.
TAMALPAIS AVENUE, East of and West of the NWPRR tracks from
Third Street to Mission Avenue.
LINCOLN AVENUE, from Second Street to Pacheco Street.
CIJOS STREET, from Third Street to Fourth Street.
NYE STREET, from Fifth Avenue to Laurel Place.
LINDARO STREET, from Albert Park Lane to Third Street.
LOOTENS PLACE, from Third Street to Fifth Avenue.
COURT STREET, from Fourth Street to Mission Avenue.
BROOKS STREET, from Second Street to Third Street.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become effective
on November 5, 1980.

California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City held on the sixth day of October, 1980, by the following
vote, to wit:
