DONALD M. ROSE
WHEREAS, On the 21st day of September 1c.G0, DOIIALD M. ROSE left the
employment of the City of San Rafael after rendering sixteen
years of dedicated service; and
WHEREAS, during his career as a police officer in the San Rafael
Police Department lie attained the rank of Corporal and by
virtue of his expertise as a professional and dedicated officer
has made numerous contributions, especially in the field of
identification and juvenile investigation; and
WHEREAS, his proficiency in the area of field sports during several
Police Olympics on the State and National level have brought
accolades to both himself and the City:
14OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the San Rafael City Council
wishes CORPORAL ROSE goon luck in his neer career and extends
him sincere appreciation for his contributions to the better-
ment of law enforcement within the City.
