RAYMOND L. MEADOR
WHEREAS, RAYMOND L. MEADOR steppod in as Acting City Manager
and Acting Executive Director of the Redevelopment
Agency, and
WHEREAS, MR. MEADOR has guided the City's ongoing operations
including the development of the 1980/81 budget, which
included departmental objectives, and
WHEREAS, this has been a difficult period of time of trans-
ition within the City as well as an active period during
which he has brought several significant projects before
the Council and Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council expresses
its sincere appreciation to RAY MEADOR for his leadership
role during these difficult eight months, for the long
hours and hard work he has contributed during this time
and for his continued dedication and professional concern
for our community.
