A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 5144 AND NO. 5189 BY
ADDING PLANNING COMMISSIONERS TO THE CONFLICT
OF INTEREST PROVISIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY AMENDS
RESOLUTION NO. 5144 AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 2. APPLICATION OF CODE is hereby amended by
adding the following sentence: This Code shall also be applicable
to members of the Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. DISCLOSURE is hereby amended by adding the
words "and Planning Commission" after the words "City Council" in
the first sentence.
SECTION 4. CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRING DISQUALIFICATION is
hereby amended by adding the following sentence: This section
is also applicable to members of the Planning Commission.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regular-
ly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City on Monday the third day of November 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS:None
