HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 6026RESOLUTION NO. 6026 A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL AWARDING OF BID FOR PURCHASE OF MINI -COMPUTER FOR OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY GRANT WHEREAS, on the 14th day of July 1980, pursuant to due and legal notice published in the manner provided by law, in- viting sealed bids or proposals for the project hereinafter mentioned, as more fully appears from the Affidavit of Publica- tion thereof on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California, the City Clerk of said City did publicly open, examine and declare all sealed bids or proposals for doing the following project in said City, to wit: Providing the mini -computer and software program revisions to comply and complete the Office of Traffic Safety Grant Number 108001. in accordance with the specifications therefor on file in the office of said City Clerk; and WHEREAS, the bid of Microdata Corporation at the total price of $54,786.10 was the best bid for said project and the same is hereby awarded to said Microdata Corporation at the total price of $54,786.10. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED that a Purchase Order be issued to said project. I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro- duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 17th day of November, 1980, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Miskimen, Nixon & Acting Mayor Jensen NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Mayor Mulryan J F M.
