HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 6028RESOLUTION NO. 6028 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A GRANT DEED FOR CONVEYANCE OF THREE SEWAGE PUMP STATION PARCELS TO THE SAN RAFAEL SANITATION DISTRICT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of San Rafael, a grant deed for the conveyance of three sewage pump station parcels to the SAN RAFAEL SANITATION DISTRICT, being the appropriate agency charged with the responsibility of the operation and maintenance of said stations. A copy of said deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. I, JEANNE M.
