RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A GRANT
DEED FOR CONVEYANCE OF THREE SEWAGE PUMP STATION
PARCELS TO THE SAN RAFAEL SANITATION DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES
as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of San Rafael, a grant deed for the conveyance
of three sewage pump station parcels to the SAN RAFAEL SANITATION
DISTRICT, being the appropriate agency charged with the responsibility
of the operation and maintenance of said stations. A copy of said
deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular Meeting of the
Council of said City held on the lst day of December, 1980 by the
following vote, to wit:

BERINNING at the intersection of the courses described as "South
38 32142" East 30.00 feet" and "South 51°27'18" West 30.00 feet"
in Grant Deed from Marin Canalways and Development Company to the
State of California, recorded April 28, 1958 in Book 1185 of
Official Records at page 556, Marin County Records; thence South
51°27'18" West 30.00 feet; thence South 38°32'42" East 35.00 feet;
thence North 51°27'18" East 50 feet; thence North 38°32'42" West
35.00 feet; thence South 51°27'18" West 20.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
Containing 1,750 square feet more or less (0.0402 Acres).

A portion of Parcel B of the "Record of Survey of a portion of
Sections 2, 3, 10, 11, T, 1N, R. 6W., Mount Diablo Meridian, San
Rafael, Calif.", recorded September 17, 1969 in Book 8 of Surveys,
at page 76, Marin County Records, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of Parcel 3 of the "Parcel
Map of a portion of Rancho Punta de Quentin, Marin County, California",
recorded May 26, 1966 in Book 1 of Parcel Maps, at page 7, Marin County
Records, which point is also the intersection of the courses "S400541
W, 339.58'"and "N490061W, 865.67' " on the exterior boundary of said
Record of Surveg (8 O.S. 76); thence South 39040'42" West, 22.36 feet;
thence South 50 19118" East, 9.65 feet; thence southeasterly along a
curve to the left, tangent to the preceeding course, having a radius
of 964.00 feet thru a central angle of 1°24'31" for a distance of
23.70 feet, to the true point of beginning; thence North 39040142"
East, 17600 feet; thence South 50°19'18" East, 33.00 feet, thence
South 39 40'42" West, 15.62 feet; thence northwesterly along a curve

Calif.", recorded September 17, 1969 in Book 8 of Surveys, at page 76,
Marin County Records, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of Parcel A of said Record of
Survey (8 O.S. 76), which point is also the intersection of the courses
"North 36°49' East, 670.9 feet" and "North 50°34' West, 1575.8 feet"
on the exterior boundary of the parcel described in the deed from Flood
Realty Company, a corporation, to Joseph Joaquin, recorded March 12,
1936 in Volume 313 of Official Records, at page 222, Marin County
Records; thence along the common boundary of said Parcels A and B
(8 O.S. 76), South 50°20'04" East, 1959.10 feet; thence leaving said
common boundary of Parcels A and B (8 O.S. 76), North 39°39'56" East,
36.00 feet, to the true point of beginning; thence North 39°39'56"
