RESOLUTION NO. 6030
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City of San Rafael, a contract, lease or agreement with
San Rafael Goldenaires to lease Room #1 at the San Rafael Community Center
on a one year trial basis.
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a part
hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said

between the GOLDENAIRES SLNIOR CITIZIN CLUB, hereinafter referred to as "Goldenaires",
and the CITY OF SAN R.AFAEL, hereinafter referred to as ''City"
RECITALS
M ERIAS, City and Goldenaires are mutually agreeable to an agreement allowing
the Goldenaires to use Clubroon #1, of approximately 750 square feet, located at the
ti:ul Iklfael Cannunity Center, 618 "I3" Street, San fL fael-, for the year 1981, starting
Janiia y 1., 1981 and ending December 31, 1981 for the sum of $250.00 per month.

For Auld in consideration of mutual promises, covenants and conditions hereinafter

2. City will furnish utilities, custodial service and maintenance.
Th(� Goldenaires agree to pay a monthly rental charge of $250.00 per month,
1jayable on the first day of each calendar month.
1. That all Goldenaires classes and materials be removed from Clubroom #5.
5. That the Goldenaires move out of their present office.
