A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
CREATING A DEFERRED COMPENSATION COMMITTEE
AND APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS AS AUTHORIZED
BY THE DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of November, 1973, the City
Council of the City of San Rafael duly authorized the City of
San Rafael to adopt a Deferred Compensation Plan for its
employees; and
WHEREAS, said Plan was amended on August 6, 1979; and
WHEREAS, said Plan provides that it shall be administered
by the employer; to wit, the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that the Plan be ad-
ministered by a three man committee composed of the City Manager,
City Clerk, and Finance Director;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Robert Beyer, Jeanne
Leoncini, and Ransom Coleman are hereby appointed to serve on the
City of San Rafael's Deferred Compensation Committee with all of
the powers conferred upon said Committee by said Plan.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
on Monday, the 15th day of December , 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
