A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
ADOPTING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 (REVISED) TO CITY -
S^lATE AGREEMENT NO. 3 FOR FUNDING OF FEDERAL AID PROJECT
NO. RRP-000S (243) FOR INSTALLATION OF RAILROAD PROTECTION
DEVICES ON THIRD STREET, FOURTH STREET AND FIFTH AVENUE IN
SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA HEREBY RESOLVES that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute, on behalf of said City, Program Supplement
No. 1 (Revised) to City - State Agreement No. 3 for funding of Federal
Aid Project No. RRP-000S (243) for installation of railroad protection
devices on Third Street, Fourth Street and Fifth Avenue, and hereby
adopts said Program Supplement No. 1 (Revised);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael that the sum of $9,000 is hereby appropriated as the City's
share of additional project costs as shown on said Program Supplement
No. 1 (Revised), a copy of which is hereby attached and by this
reference made a part hereof.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Tuesday, the 2nd day of January, 1979, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
