HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 5608RESOLUTION NO. 5608 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY TO BE RETAINED AS OPEN SPACE (EUGENE F. & DOROTHY N. ARNTZ) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows: The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to accept, on behalf of the City of San Rafael, a Gift Deed from Eugene F. and Dorothy Nelle Arntz for property covering approximately two acres adjoining Ridge Avenue in San Rafael, California (AP 186-051-02 and 03), more par- ticularly described in Gift Deed attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. I, JEANNE M.
