A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5132 PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION FOR
FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael as follows:
Section 1. Salaries. Effective July 1, 1978, the following
classes of positions and salary ranges are hereby created for Fire
Department personnel:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its
adoption and the several compensations and allowances herein provided
shall be in full force and effect as of and from July 1, 1978 through
June 30, 1979.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of. said City on Tuesday ,
