A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO ESTABLISH
A FEE OF $25.00 FOR EACH REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE OF
APPEAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL FROM PLANNING COMMISSION
DECISIONS MADE BY APPELLANT
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council has voiced the
policy statement that all special services should be financed
through use fees; and
WHEREAS, a Master Fee Schedule was adopted by the City
Council on August 2, 1976;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that, effective upon adoption of this Resolution, the
Master Fee Schedule be amended by adding thereto the following:
1.4.8 Request by Appellant for $25.00 per each
Continuance of Appeal request
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday, the second day of April, 1979, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN:Breiner, Jensen, Miskimen, Nixon & Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
