RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING SECTION 1.5 OF RESOLUTION NO. 5391
PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION FOR
MANAGEMENT AND UNCLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Rafael
that Section 1.5 of Resolution 5391 be amended to read as follows:
Section 1.5 The following salary range is hereby
amended for the following Unclassified employee:

This Resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday, the second day of April, 1979, by the following vote
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breiner, Jensen, Nixon and Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Miskimen
