CITY OF SAKI RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
TO
WHEREAS, ARNOLD A. NUTTING, M.D., is a physician of the highest
caliber and professional standing, and
WHEREAS, ARNOLD A. NUTTING, M.D. has served the City of San Rafael
for the past ten years in the capacity of City Physician,
and
WHEREAS, ARNOLD A. NUTTING, M.D. has provided expert medical advice
and paid careful attention both to the individual employee
and the interest of the City of San Rafael, and
WHEREAS, ARNOLD A. NUTTING, M.D. has indicated his intention to
retire from the fulltime practice of medicine and resign
as City Physician

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of San Rafael, by
adoption of this resolution, commends DR. ARNOLD A. NUTTING for his
outstanding record of service to the City of San Rafael, its employees
and the residents of San Rafael.
