RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING GRANT OF ACCESS EASEMENTS
AT 1281 ANDERSEN DRIVE FOR MAINTENANCE OF CITY
DRAINAGE FACILITIES
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience and welfare require
that the easements hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for the
benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of San Rafael, California, that that certain grant of access
easements at 1281 Andersen Drive for maintenance of City drainage
facilities, executed by Heinz and Hannalore Nolte and Werner and
Regina Kretschmer to the City of San Rafael, dated February 28, 1979,
be and the same is hereby accepted and the Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forth-
with upon the adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City held on the 16th day of April, 1979, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breiner, Jensen, Nixon and Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Andersen Drive, said
point being South 49106146" East 24.00 feet from the most westerly
corner of Parcel 2 shown on the Parcel Map filed September 7, 1977
in Book 14 of Parcel Maps at page 24; thence from the point of
beginning, North 40°53114" East 237.948 feet to a point on the
northeasterly line of said Parcel 2, said point being South 38032142"
East 24.413 feet from the most northerly corner thereof; thence along
said line of Parcel 2, South 38°32142" East 26.448 feet; thence leaving
said line, South 40053114" West 233.096 feet to a point on the northerly
line of Andersen Drive; thence along said line, North 49006146" West
26.00 feet to the point of beginning.

Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Andersen Drive, said point
being North 49006146" West 24.736 feet from the most southerly corner of
Parcel 2 as shown on the Parcel Map filed September 7, 1977 in Book 14
of Parcel Maps at page 24; thence from the point of beginning,
North 40053114" East 197.649 feet to a point on the northeasterly line
of said Parcel 2, said point being North 38032142" West 27.105 feet
from the most easterly corner thereof; thence along said line of Parcel 2,
North 38032142" West 26.448 feet; thence leaving said line,
South 40053114" West 202.500 feet to a point on the northerly line of
Andersen Drive; thence along said line, South 49106'46" East 26.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
