RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING GRANT OF ACCESS EASEMENTS
AT 1201-1241 ANDERSEN DRIVE FOR MAINTENANCE OF
CITY DRAINAGE FACILITIES
WHEREAS, public interest, convenience and welfare require
that the easements hereinafter mentioned be accepted and used for
the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, California, that that certain grant of access
easements at 1201-1241 Andersen Drive for maintenance of City drainage
facilities, executed by Anderson Warehouse, A Limited Partnership to
the City of San Rafael, dated March 6, 1979, be and the same is hereby
accepted and the Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said
conveyance to be duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the adoption
of this resolution.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
California, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City held on the 16th day of April, 1979, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breiner, Jensen, Nixon and Mayor Mulryan
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

BEGINNING at the southerly corner of that certain 60 foot drainage parcel, deeded
to the City of San Rafael in Book 2593 of Official Records, at Page 347, Marin
County Records; said corner also being the northerly corner of Parcel 2 of that
certain parcel map filed in Book 14 of Parcel Maps, at Page 24, Marin County
Records; and running thence along the southwesterly line of said drainage parcel
(2593 O. R. 347) North 38°32142" West, 879. 11 feet; thence leaving said south-
