RESOLUTION OF TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5499, AT
SECTION 11.1.3, DEBRIS BOX ENCROACHMENT PERMIT,
OF THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, as series of user fees has been established
and codified within a Master Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined the fee for the
encroachment permit for debris boxes should be more equitable:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael that Section 11.1.3 of the Master Fee
Schedule is hereby amended as follows:

Annual Fee
1 - 10 $100
11 - 40 $400
41 and over $750
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of
the Council of said City held on the 7th day of May ,
